Where have you been all my life?

Hello my little caterpillars,
Today's post will be all about a little miracle product I recently decided to finally purchase: the original, the one and only Beauty Blender.

I know I'm late with this one, but guys, Luxembourg is a small country, there isn't always every product you want and need. (Like EOS balms and tangle tweezers which you have to get abroad..) Anyway, I went to Sephora again about two weeks ago and saw this one on the shelves, the thing is it seemed to me as if they were super small compared to what you see on Youtube and Instagram, you know? So I was like nehh if it's a mini version of it I don't want it. But later on, I started thinking and decided to get it anyway before it was too late and it would be gone (like the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette I saw once but I couldn't afford it, two days later my boyfriend told me he wanted to surprise me with it but they didn't have it anymore.. urrghh but wasn't it the sweetest thing ever?? I'm a lucky girl :$$$). Back to the original topic here, I went back and was so scared because I just couldn't find it anymore because they totally hid them from me haha nah I'm kidding they just put them somewhere more "discrete" and I was able to find it (thank god).
So I got home and off course the first thing I do is open it duuuh and I was really surprised by the texture of the sponge. It's elastic and soft without being "gummy" you know what I mean? It's a pretty weird feeling, but it's nice. (:
Obviously I wasn't going to take all of my make-up off to put a new coat on right after that, so I waited until the next morning where hold it under the water in the sink where I noticed why it appeared so small to me -> a sponge get's wider and bigger when it's wet. I'm blond okay don't judge me here, for me the sponge was dry in the Youtube videos haha.

Anyway, after squeezing it until there wasn't any water left, I put some foundation on my hand and dipped the sponge into it and tapped it all over my face. GUYS! The finish looked marvellous, super natural and covered every redness and spots on my face and that's not even the best part! After going to school for seven hours I came home and it still looked perfect, I wasn't shiny at all, the foundation didn't fade, I'm still amazed about it over here. Seriously, wow..

What are your beauty musts? What do you use to apply your foundation? I'd love to here about it :D

I need them.

Hello my little caterpillars,
Lately I've been doing a lot of product reviews and I really don't want to become that girl who always does the same things and talks about the same stuff, routine is just boring guys, so I thought I'd do something slightly different and tell you about the 10 things I need, need, need, need, need on an every day basis, literally the things I just couldn't get through a day without. It goes from beauty essentials to accessorises to all kind of other stuff.

#1:
Obviously, my phone. I know it sounds pathetic but I couldn't live without my phone. I just need to be connected and talk to people. Sure nothing tops a live interaction but if you don't really have time to meet people or they are busy, a phone comes in really handy (; I think that nowadays most people couldn't imagine their lives without their phone, I mean, I got my whole life on my phone, my pictures, my contacts, my music... I couldn't imagine how I'd react if I lost all of this. Plus, I'm addicted to Instagram. (Yep....) And if you're following me on Instagram you might know that I recently got the iPhone 6 and guys this phone is just great. Having tiny hands I was scared it would be to big for me, but it's absolutely not the case. I wouldn't give it up for any other phone.

#2:
My dogs. If you guys didn't know I have four little chihuahua's (here are two of them :p) and I love them to bits. These little monsters make me so happy and capable of so much love, each day I don't see my dogs is kind of a sadder day to me I don't know. Having them jump at me in the morning and when I get home is just the best feeling in the world (besides of all the cuddling of course).

#3:
The Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara. Yes, here it is again. I can not leave my house without mascara on my lashes, no way and I know I'm talking/writing a lot about this one, but guys... IT IS THE BOMB! It gives your lashes so much volume and "fulness" what could you ever want more in a mascara??

#4:
My Tangle Tweezer. My sister introduced me to this babe quite a while ago but it's not something that's easy to find in Luxembourg and weirdly I never came to the idea to order it on Amazon.. hmm.. However, on my trip to Paris we went to Urban Outfitters and there it was, calling for me and begging me to take it with me, so I did and even though it was super expensive (since it was Paris+Urban) it was totally worth it! I don't leave the house without it in my purse/backpack. My ends look so much healthier since I've started using it. I'm in love.

#5:
Coffee. I'm addicted. I can not go through the day without having at least one cup of coffee. I don't know why but I prefer iced coffee to hot one always have always will. Funny fact: I used to hate coffee to bits, I couldn't stand anything about it, neither the look nor the taste. And one day it suddenly changed. I still don't get it haha.

#6:
My Eos Lipbalm. This is the best thing I ever purchased, like ever! My lips have the mean tendency to dry out pretty fast and I could never find a lip balm which convinced me until I found this precious. Actually I asked my dad to bring them from his trip to New York last year since you can't find them anywhere nearby and I kind of got mad with my order. I think I've got almost all of them. And they're amazing they're super long lasting and smooth your lips so much. I can't get enough of it.

#7:
As I said before I'm Instagram addicted.. I can absolutely not go through a day without going on Instagram at least once but who am I kidding as if I would only go on it once a day. I honestly wish though hahaha.
I'll link my account down below if you want to check it out.

#8:
Weirdly I can not get out of the house without wearing jewellery. I feel weird when I'm not wearing my rings or a necklace. On my left hand I'm always wearing the ring my boyfriend gave me quite a while ago, I'm never going anywhere without it (it's kind of my lucky charm). On my right hand I've recently always been wearing the Electric By Evelina Geometric Ring in gold. I think there wasn't a day I wasn't wearing it since I got it. :$ I really really like it, it's very light so it doesn't bother you during the day which in my opinion is pretty cool. As a necklace I'm mostly wear the Electric By Evelina Geometric Unicorn or the Molten Bar from the same brand. I already wrote a post on them if you want to check it out (:

#9:
My glasses. I am totally blind if it comes to recognising something that's not quite near. I can not even really watch TV without my glasses to be honest, so they're quite essential to me in my daily life. In class, for driving, at a concert, at an unknown gelato place, I need them with me at all times.
I currently own a pair of RayBan's but I unfortunately can't remember the exact model ):

#10:
Let me introduce you to my latest obsession: my new wallet which I got from Sacha. Oh my god guys, I found this and immediately fell in love! The design is so original and fits me completely. To be honest I never found a wallet which really like convinced me. The one I've been using until this one was the really tiny Longchamp wallet I've got for my birthday which is actually great when you go clubbing or something but on an everyday basis it's just not handy at all. Not half of my cards fit in there and it was so hard to get anything out of there since it was so full. This one however, is enormous, my phone even fits in there I'm just saying. But the thing I like the most about it is that the 'coin section' is on the inside of the wallet. Genius!

Well these were my 10 daily essentials, I hope you enjoyed this post, I had a lot of fun writing it. (:

What are your daily essentials? Tell me :D

A great journey of boxes

Hello my little caterpillars and welcome back to wonderland,
I'd heard so many good echoes about the french Birchbox for so long so one day I decided to subscribe for a year. I got my little goody box every month, every one of them filled with magical items. Sadly I recently my subscription got to an end and I got my very last box. ): I am pretty sad about it since they never disappointed me and it was kind of exciting to get a little box every month full with stuff you'll like and you didn't know what it was until it came, it's like a small birthday present twelve times a year. :D I mean what could you want more?

I'll have to admit I was very lucky with the march box since it's design is pretty cool and original, it's kind of a mandala you can fill in and use as a decoration in your room afterwards. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to put some colour on it yet, but will do guys, I promise! Another plus is that all the items in this edition are great, there's not a single one of them which I don't like.

Let's start with a small lifesaver you'll probably already know about, the Batiste dry shampoo (on the right of the picture). I'm sure you've all had at least once that one day where your hair just didn't seem to have the same will as you do, it looks flat, greasy, without any "life" and you just don't have the time to wash it or anything, well this great product has a great cherry scent, it's smells so fruity and fresh and is the perfect size to be packed in your purse and is ready to accompany you everywhere you go.
The next product I've got is the Sampar Dry Cleansing make-up remover, I didn't have the occasion to try it yet, but I did my little research about it and apparently it isn't bad at all. (: I'm sorry I don't have that much to say about this one. ):

Next up is the Merci Handy antibacterial gel which is a Birchbox special edition and guys this smells like heaven, no kidding, it smells so good I can't even believe it. It's a mix of amber perfume and a cherry tree flower. It's amazing. No other words needed. It's freshens your hands up immediately, you feel cleaner the second you apply it. (:
The forth item I found in that magical box is the Lord & Berry bronzer, now for me, no bronzer will ever replace the Too Faced Milk Chocolate Bronzer but it's always worth a try right? (; The colour matches great with my skin tone, but apparently it matches with every skin tone. It is slightly darker than my Too Faced one but it's okay (: It isn't shiny or anything which I think is great. I HATE shiny bronzers! Urgh worst looking thing on your face ever. (In my opinion).

Last but as always definitely not least the So Susan Lip Dome in Rhubarb Rouge. This little babe is a tinted lip balm and on the contrary of any other tinted lip balm I've tried so far, this one is REALLY pigmented. I know it may be hard to believe but your lips will be the exact same colour the balm is! (:  This one is the bomb guys! I'm obsessed with it, it's super moisturising and super easy to apply and best thing of all: the colour lasts for hours! Yep, I told you, THE BOMB. I highly recommend this babe to you loves. (:

Do you have any subscriptions of this kind? If yes, which one? Would you recommend it to me? (:

Smells like heaven :$

Hello my little caterpillars,
I was feeling pretty down yesterday, you know it was one of these days where nothing seems to go right.. My mom however didn't want me to feel this way and came home with a bag full of wonderful Lush goodies to make me feel better since I wasn't in the mood to go myself! :D :$ Thanks again mom! <3 Yes, my mom's the best!
I love the Lush brand for the whole "fighting animal testing" concept and the fact that the products are handmade and vegetarian/vegan. It gives me a good feeling about their products, you know? I feel better knowing that the products I'm using on my body are natural, don't you? (:

So all this great stuff came in the cutest little bag which actually is a scarf (this is so cool!). It was the most adorable packaging ever I instantly fell for it. It feels so soft and the print is so original. And oh yeah little warning the names on the jars aren't the same as in the description because we got the french names here so I looked the english names up that's all.

First thing I found in that amazing bag, was the Cosmetic Warrior face mask. It's supposed to combat spots and redness while cleansing and refreshing your skin. I admit it does smell horrible, but even though the jar does look super tiny I can guaranty you it's more than enough. I did try the Cupcake face mask about a month ago and I wasn't able to finish it before the expiration date and I did use quite a lot of it. I hope I won't be grossed out by the smell when using it though O:, no seriously I tried it and the smell's not that bad once it's on your face. Obviously your face won't be spot free after one use but apply it twice a week for a few weeks and you'll apparently see a difference, I did some research on it, I'm not just saying that don't worry. (;

Second thing I found in my magical bag the Ro's Argan Body Conditioner. Oh my god! This creme smells SO FREAKIN' GOOD!  Plus since you have to use it in the shower (in my opinion) you'll save so much time when getting ready. Mhhhhhhhmm you'll smell like a wonderful rose petal, loves. (: of course I had to try it right away and guys my skin smells and feels so good right now, I swear I can't stop smelling my arms as weird as that may sound! This little baby may be my all time favourite right now. It is quite expensive though when you compare it with the 'normal' body moisturiser. (Yes, it costs twice as much) But it's okay for an occasional investment. (:

Third goody my lovely momma bought me is the Rub Rub Rub Shower Scrub. I think the thing which intrigued me the most was it's bright blue colour, I mean look at it I've never seen anything like it especially since it's organic! I literally opened that jar and was like what the........ And my mom just stood there and laughed. I think that's the reason why she bought in the first place, I like anything original and what's more original than a bright blue shower scrub???? I have to admit the smell's pretty unique too I really can't tell what it smells like. (But if you want to know go to the lush website which I will link down below and find out :p) This scrub is supposed to exfoliate (isn't that the purpose of every body scrub?), cleansing and refreshing your skin. What it doesn't say is how smooth your skin feels after applying it, I was hesitating to try the Ro's Argan Conditioner after that because my skin felt so nice.

And the last thing that was in my super bag was my mom's mini attention: the Tisty Tosty Bath Bomb which as you see is in a heart shape (yep, my mom's a love bug :p<3). Can you believe that this is my first bath bomb ever? I know I'm weird but in my house we don't take a lot of baths if not any at all since the water is so damn expensive so I was surprised to find this one in there. It looks so cute and smells heavenly! Let me tell you the weird story of my life at Lush: every time I go to Lush, I'm looking for a bath bomb and that literally EVERY TIME, but weirdly every time I smell one it doesn't smell good at all. And for example, my 'sister in law' is a bath bomb addict, she has a whole box full of them and they're smelling SO GOOD, that makes me want to buy one even more so I go back to Lush looking for a bath bomb and I apparently can't find one on my own because I can't find one that satisfies me ): The funny thing is I've seen this bath bomb so often and I thought it wouldn't smell good. Maybe my noes just shuts down in that store who knows. :$ ): But seriously I'm in love with it the smell's just amazing and I can't wait to try it!

Marked for life.

Hellooooo my little caterpillars,
How are you today?
I should actually be studying right now, but I definitely need a break after 4h straight of studies + 4h of school. Sooooo here I am talking to you again. :D
Today's post is about my tattoo experience. I know some of you (hopefully not all of you O: ) are telling yourself : what do I care about your tattoos? Well I know how I feel before a tattoo and especially how I felt before my first one, that it can be scary and that you might get cold feet etc. I'm not saying that I'm a total expert or something but sharing my experience may help you out with your anxieties and doubts. (:
So I have three tattoos, a quote on my left shoulder blade, a symbol on my right wrist and a bigger one on my right shoulder. (Sorry for the low quality pictures): )

My very first tattoo was the most stressful one as you may probably imagine. You're all excited, super nervous. Will it hurt? Will I regret it? Will it be as good as I hope it will? Will it look the way I want it to at all? And so many more questions. Girl / Dude I feel ya!
I was so nervous especially because I had a very last minute appointment and no kidding NOBODY had any time to come with me and I panicked so badly that I'd have to go alone and that's where the irony comes in: a few days earlier I fell onto a girl in the bus (yep totally me, so embarrassing) and we started talking on Facebook. So since nobody could accompany me, I asked her and she said yes! :D So if the bus hadn't stopped so abruptly, I wouldn't have fallen onto that girl and I would've gone on my own. The tattoo says "Everything happens for a reason" don't you think that it was fate? I did and still do. I didn't feel any pain at all it felt more like plugging mini pieces of hair. Really I could've slept during the whole cession, but the pain rate is different for everyone so don't rely on me on that point. (;

My second tattoo was the most important one of all since it's for my mom. It represents the infinity symbol with my mom's initials integrated. I had this idea for so long and when the day of the appointment finally came I was so happy and I could surprise my mom. I wasn't that nervous this time since I knew what it felt like and that wouldn't be painful at all (at least I hoped it would be the same as the first time) and thank god it wasn't. (:

My third tattoo is the biggest one I got so far and that's why it made the situation nerve wreaking again. A small tattoo is nothing compared to a big one (shocking I know), the fact that it will take WAY longer then any other one I had before (which were about 30 minutes each) plus the tattoo artist had to fill the inside of the tattoo which wasn't necessary with my other ones. Anyway I had the idea of getting two roses for a while, but since I wanted them to be pretty big the price would be pretty expensive too and I just didn't have that sort of money. I went to the shop to get some information (which of course includes the price) and the receptionist told me it would be about 350€ for both roses. I was totally surprised and immediately jumped on the occasion. A few months later the big day had come and my tattoo artist had the biggest cold EVER so he worked way slower than he'd normally have. It took him three hours for only one of the two roses and we decided to reschedule another appointment to do the second one since he's been feeling like crap and I was so in pain after all that stinging and whipping. urghhh.. Either way, the piercer who was at the reception told me that I'll be paying half now and the other half next time, I was like okay and he was like yeah that'll be 370 now and 270 next time. First I didn't realise the issue and suddenly I jumped up and was like WHATTTT??? The girl told it would be 350 for both! We were both in shock at one point I think haha. But I was so lucky that he didn't do both in one day! I mean how the f*** was I supposed to pay for that? O:
In the end everything went okay and I was able to pay for both and they both turned out really really great! I'm so happy with all my tattoos and don't regret any of them.

The advice I could give you before you make any decision to get a tattoo is that you should be a 100% sure of what you'd want to get, it should have a meaning to you, don't get anything tattooed just because you want a tattoo. Second, inform yourself about your tattoo artist (what his style is, check out some of his work etc.). Third, be sure to eat before your cession (if your heading toward an hour long cession you might get hungry or get weak du to the blood loss.

This might be it I think. (:

What tattoos do you have? What are your advices on what to do before getting a tattoo?
